1. What this platform is

capXalpha provides market data, quantitative scores, statistical models and research tools. It is an information and research service. It helps you form your own view; it does not form one for you.

2. We do not give investment advice

Nothing on this platform is a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy or sell any security or financial instrument. We are not your investment adviser, broker, dealer or fiduciary, and no advisory or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the platform.

Please consult a qualified, licensed professional who understands your circumstances before making any financial decision.

3. Scores and data are informational

Ratings, grades and scores are produced by automated models following the published methodologies on our Methodology page. They describe historical and current data. They are not predictions, and they do not consider your objectives, financial position or risk tolerance.

Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.

4. Accuracy

We work to keep the data accurate, but it is compiled from third-party sources and generated in part by automated systems. It may contain errors, omissions, delays or inconsistencies. Machine-generated analysis can be wrong. Please verify anything you intend to rely on.

5. No warranty

The platform is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform or from reliance on its content.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

7. Your responsibility

You are responsible for your own financial decisions and for how you use the platform. You agree to indemnify capXalpha and its officers, employees, contributors and service providers against any claim, loss or expense arising from your use of the platform in breach of these terms or of applicable law.

8. Acceptable use

Please use the platform as intended. In particular, do not:

• scrape or request data at a rate that degrades the service for others;
• attempt to bypass authentication, access controls or rate limits;
• redistribute data commercially without written permission;
• upload unlawful content or use the platform to harm others.

9. Third-party content

Articles, news and links belong to their publishers. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. Opening a third-party page is governed by that publisher's own terms and privacy policy.

10. Your data

We store what the service needs to work. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers. Our Privacy page explains the details.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform develops. Material changes will be notified, and we may ask you to accept the updated version before you continue using the platform.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which capXalpha operates, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any right you have under mandatory consumer law in your own country.
